I’m struggling here. I’ll admit, I like carbs. I miss carbs. Eating this week wasn’t fun. Can’t there be a happy medium? I mean, now that I haven’t had many, I don’t crave them as much. But I still want to enjoy eating… Am I missing the big picture here? There is my summary from today…
