Gluten-Free Dinners

Does anyone have gluten-free dinner ideas that EXTREMELY PICKY kids will eat? I’m thinking spaghetti tonight, as gluten-free pasta is easy, although I still haven’t found a brand I totally love. And I have tried a lot. The garlic bread I’d normally serve with it though will be harder. I had a few favorite gluten-free breads I think are good, but they are all just sandwich bread. I could try to make a garlic topping… Any ideas?

  1. Leave the garlic bread off entirely. A pasta dinner has enough starch. Try strawberries (2) or fresh sliced tomatoes (1 slice) or avacado (small slice) or orange segments (2-3) as the side. Or maybe long curls of raw zucchini. Going gluten free sometimes is easier if you re-set your mind about what goes ‘with’ the meal.

    1. So I did find a way to make a gluten-free garlic bread, but they weren’t very interested in it anyway… I cut up a fresh pineapple and at least my youngest ate some of that. It’s a start!
