    I just gave Nadia her second of three steroid doses, dexamethasone. They gave us pills to crush and hide in food.     Nadia is still home. Just couldn’t manage pants or underwear today… She didn’t cry about it though, just said it felt wet and didn’t want to wear them. Maybe closer to improvement? Or maybe not, who knows…

    The week has flown by, and soon back to reality. I’m really nervous for Monday, if Nadia will wear pants and go to school, or continue on with her current flare and regression.     It’s always refreshing to speak with Nadia’s PANS specialist. She’s so positive, she believes we can cure Nadia. I have to believe that… For now we are adding in Hydroxyzine which is good for her histamine overload, anxiety, and sleep.
